Data was collected in MGMT 346 and FINA 330 during the Spring, Summer, and Fall of 2011 and during Spring and Fall of 2012. Starting with Fall 2011 performance of native versus transfer students was tracked. The College Curriculum Committee approved the recommendations of the A-Team as follows: (1) Overall, both native and transfer student performance is above the 75% target. Continue to report transfer and native results and monitor results, (2) Look for patterns in the native and transfer student data (possibly by majors, ages, GPAs, when they took UBUS 310), and (3) Investigate methods for external validation of results, perhaps using English graduate assistants or faculty. CBK Technology – Learning goal: Our graduates will demonstrate common business knowledge and learning objective: College of Business graduates will be able to identify the role and impact of information technology on organizations to support competitive advantage. The role and impact of information technology on organizations to support competitive advantage is covered in ACCY 310A (for accountancy students) and OMIS 351 (for all remaining students). During Fall 2012 the same six questions were embedded in exams to measure achievement of the primary traits covered by the learning objective. Results showed 95.85% of students answered at least four of the six questions correctly, which met or exceeded expectations. The question pertaining to ERP had the highest error rate. The College Curriculum Committee approved the recommendations of the ATeam as follows: (1) Reword the ERP question and (2) Set target performance level at 75% of students meeting or exceeding expectations.
