Dave Swinehart
Dave, a Director in HealthScape Advisor’s Chicago Office, is a human capital and operations leader with
deep expertise in recruitment, assimilation and employee relations. In Dave’s role, he leads the firm on
all employee matters and provides strategic and operational guidance in the areas of Finance, Business
Development and Information Technology.
Prior to joining HealthScape, Dave began his career as a CPA with Arthur Andersen’s Assurance
Practice, before shifting his focus to Campus Recruitment. His recruiting career continued in professional
services at Ernst & Young where he led the efforts to hire and assimilate experienced auditors and
McGladrey where he created a cohesive national recruiting function and transformed their recruiting
culture. Dave earned his undergraduate degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University and is a
Senior Professional in Human Resources. Dave, his wife, Kathy and children, Michael and Natalie live in
the western suburbs of Chicago.
