AAPLE Assessment and Accreditation of Prior Learning Experience Learning takes place in the classroom as well as other settings. If you are an adult student with substantial work experience, volunteer experience, or specialized training in an area related to urban affairs, Assessment and Accreditation of Prior Learning Experience (AAPLE) might be right for you. Through this program you could be awarded up to 24 semester hours towards an Urban Affairs undergraduate major through a portfolio that describes and documents your prior learning.
