DAILY INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE CHECKLIST
At the start of each work day a certified operator must perform the DAILY INSPECTION AND
MAINTENANCE CHECKLIST (below). The equipment must not be operated if not in proper
mechanical condition. All defects must be reported to the Electric Shop Foreman immediately.
