from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public
Affairs at Syracuse University.
Tina will help us draw lessons for our own
workplaces from her long standing empirical research
in this area, with particular attention to the United
States Postal Service REDRESS program and the
US Government's use of ADR to resolve EEO
complaints.
