HOW TO SHARE POOLS IN SAKAI
When you create a pool, only you have access to it. Even though you might be an instructor or
an organizer with other instructors or organizers in a course or a project site, only you can see
the question pools that you have created.
1. To share a pool, click on Question Pools after clicking on Tests and Quizzes.
2. Locate the pool you want to share and click Share under the pool title.

3. Choose the person you want to share the pool with from the Members without access to
pool section and check the box under Grant Access.

4. The new pool will appear under that person’s Question Pools with your name as a creator of
the pool.
