Compared to the first quarter of 2013, total unit sales increased by 4.16% in the first quarter of 2014. Of the 976 sales, 63.52% were single family homes and 36.48% were condo/multifamily homes. Most residential properties sold in the $100,000-$199,999 price range, with most of them being single family properties. In the condo/multifamily category, 108 properties sold in the $300,000-$499,999 price range, which represent 30.34% of all condo/multifamily properties sold.
