Baldwin Quarterly Residential Housing Update
Baldwin County Sales Data
Total unit sales for the first quarter of 2014 in Baldwin County were 976. Compared to the first quarter of
2013, total unit sales increased by 4.16% in the first quarter of 2014. Of the 976 sales, 63.52% were single family
homes and 36.48% were condo/multifamily homes. Most residential properties sold in the $100,000-$199,999
price range, with most of them being single family properties. In the condo/multifamily category, 108 properties
sold in the $300,000-$499,999 price range, which represent 30.34% of all condo/multifamily properties sold.

Baldwin County Sales Data (continued)
Average sales price in Baldwin County increased to $277,082 in the first quarter of 2014, a 25.62% change from
the first quarter of 2013. Median sales price was 20.94% higher in the same period. Both average and median
sales price have been on an increasing trend since the first quarter of 2011.
