Compared to the first quarter of 2014, total unit sales increased by 15.51% in the first quarter of 2015. Of the 1,132 sales, 69.17% were single family homes and 30.83% were condo/multifamily homes. Most residential properties sold in the $100,000$199,999 price range, with most of them being single family properties.
