Baldwin County Sales Data
Total unit sales for the first quarter of 2015 in Baldwin County were 1,132. Compared to the first quarter
of 2014, total unit sales increased by 15.51% in the first quarter of 2015. Of the 1,132 sales, 69.17% were single
family homes and 30.83% were condo/multifamily homes. Most residential properties sold in the $100,000$199,999 price range, with most of them being single family properties.

the first quarter of 2014. Median sales price decreased to $204,700 in the first quarter of 2015, down by 0.15%
