Responsibilities include but are not limited to: the provision of casework and supportive services to families who are recipients of child care subsidies, and receiving/processing applications for child care subsidies. Serves as an information and referral source on the affordability, accessibility and availability of quality child care. Services focus on employment support, self-sufficiency and strengthening families. Work Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm. Some flexibility required to meet the needs of families. Requirements: Requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field and one to three years of social work or counseling experience. Statistical tracking and computer skills are required in this position. Possession of or ability to readily obtain a valid driver’s license issued by the State of North Carolina for the type of vehicle or equipment operated.
