Lenoir County Position Vacancy Announcement Social Services Administrative Unit POSITION TITLE: Position Number 5310-03-201 Salary $35,889—$63,329 Opening Date December 15, 2014 Closing Date January 16, 2015 ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER II Description of Work: This position is responsible for the organization, supervision and management of fiscal and budgetary operations, financial planning and management, purchasing of equipment and supplies, office services, building and grounds maintenance services, the use and maintenance of County-owned vehicles, all agency contracts, agency and staff security, records management and management information systems, agency telephones, agency reception, supportive and clerical services, Medicaid Transportation, and other general managerial and supportive functions for a social services agency. This employee is responsible for planning, researching, developing, preparing, and overseeing the Agency’s 150 million dollar budget. This position also serves as an overall extension of the Director and will act for the Director in her absence.
