GRADEBOOK QUICK REFERENCE
Adding an Event
1. Open a "Standards Gradebook".
2. Hover over the "Events" tab.
3. Click "Add Event".
4. The Add Event window appears.
5. The current "Subject" is displayed in the drop-down menu.
6. Select the "Skill" from the drop-down menu.
7. Type an event name in the "Description" field.
8. Enter the "Assign Date" and "Proposed Due Date".
9. Ignore the "Actual Due Date" field.
10. Change the "Grade Mark Group" to "1 (E, S, P, N)".
11. Check to "Post to Family
Access" and "Post to
Student Access".
12. Upload attachments
using the "Attach"
button if desired.
13. To assign this event to
other skills/subjects,
place a check next to
desired entry in the
appropriate area at the
bottom of the screen.
14. Save this event:
a. "Save and Back" – Saves this event and returns to the previous screen
b. "Save and Add Another" – Saves this event and displays a blank event
screen.
c. "Save and Score" – Saves this event and displays a scoring screen. If
multiple skills have been selected, the option to score all at once will be
displayed.
