Send the sample as soon as possible after taking it. No more than one week for most useful
information.
•
Please ship each sample in a clean, plastic canteen.
•
Seal the lid with tape to prevent opening during shipping.
•
Fill in the label with a water resistant pen (most ball point pens or a fine Sharpie work well).
o Labels may be obtained from Bob Pfouts (contact info below)
o Be sure to include a contact name and email or phone number.
o If you have multiple tanks, please specify the tank the sample came from.

Attach the completed label to the bottle.
