Online Application Tip Sheet
Step 1: Go to fisher.osu.edu/emba and click admissions. Click “Online Application Form” Enter the
program “EMBA” and entering term, e.g. Spring 2014; then add transcript information.
Step 2: Complete personal information section. If you plan to apply for financial aid, please include your
social security number.
Step 3: Residency & Dependency Info. Although not applicable to the EMBA program, graduate
admissions office is required to collect this info.
Step 4: Academic info. Please list from each academic institution. One transcript is required with each
application. Please disregard: study abroad & educational history for international applicants.
Step 5: Please disregard university housing request.
Step 6: Resume, EMBA Supplements & Essay.
1. Employer letter of support (Example under downloadable forms)
2. Self-nomination essay
3. Organization chart
Step 7: Recommendations. 3 recommendation forms required.
Step 8: Submit.
