performed (or will perform) for The Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel
University were performed (or will be performed) totally outside the United States.
Further, no part of the compensation I received (or will receive) under my current
contract with The Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University is for
personal services rendered within the United States.
