CERTIFICATION OF FOREIGN SOURCE INCOME
I hereby certify, under the penalties of perjury, that the personal services I
performed (or will perform) for Drexel University were performed (or will be
performed) totally outside the United States. Further, no part of the
compensation I received (or will receive) under my current contract with Drexel
University is for personal services rendered within the United States.
As such, my compensation from Drexel University constitutes gross income from
sources outside the United States under section 862(a)(1)(iii) of the Internal
Revenue Code of 1986.
