In order for payments to be issued to a Foreign National, they are required to complete the
Glacier™ Nonresident Alien Tax Compliance System before receiving any payments from
Drexel University, the Philadelphia Health & Education Corporation, d/b/a Drexel
University College of Medicine (DUCOM) or The Academy of Natural Sciences. An email
will be sent to you once you have completed the Foreign National Non-Compensation Form.
