On-Line Confirmation together. Your Registration Form, Registration Checklist, and On-Line Registration Confirmation will be
turned in to your homeroom teacher during the Wednesday, February 3 homeroom.

NOTE:
Students should check to make sure they have completed all math, science or physical education
requirements. Students who did not satisfy them in grades 9-11 should do so in grade 12.
If you have questions, review the Registration Guide and consult with your counselor and teachers about the
successful completion of these requirements.
NOTE: Students who failed a required course must see their counselor to determine a make-up strategy.
NOTE: If any electives are designated as carrying 2 credits, students should mark 2 "X's" on the line preceding that
course title on the Registration Form.
NOTE: Students sign up for study hall by checking less than 21 credits. If a student wants three study halls, the
student should select 18 classes; the other three will automatically be study halls.
