Attended Westview Elementary for at least 2 years
Planning to attend post high school education
Attend award ceremony at Westview to receive scholarship on June 7, 2016
Application Process:
1. Complete the attached application coversheet
2. Submit a brief essay addressing the following items:
a. How will the scholarship help you
b. What advice you would give a Westview student regarding how to
succeed after elementary school
c. How has Westview helped shape the person you are today
d. What is the fondest or most notable memory of Westview
e. What post-secondary education are you pursuing
