1) Call to order: President to call meeting to order at 6pm.

a) We will be voting on our delegates to nationals.
b) You are voting to approve our representative to vote at the conference.
3) Approval of minutes: Approval of minutes from February 11, 2013
4) Officer reports:
a) Vice President- Texas Roadhouse has agreed to do a 10% fundraiser with us one
of the last two weeks
b) President- Awarded for membership increase. #1 in the state!

7) New business:
a) The rules committee has made an amendment to our bylaws.

a) March 18th, 2013 Monday 6pm (NOT the Monday we are back from Spring
Break)
9) Announcements:
a) Those going to the national convention must register and pay for the registration
fee by the end of Spring Break.
b) Selling T-Shirts.
