WHEREAS: UNI Freethinkers and Inquirers is hosting their annual Darwin Week; and
WHEREAS: This week will be from February 9 through February 13, and the majority of
speakers will be in the Center for Multicultural Education; and
WHEREAS: All keynotes will be located in the CME at 7:00; and
WHEREAS: This is a week of speakers to celebrate Charles Darwin; and
WHEREAS: The speakers will talk about one of each of the following themes: science,
skepticism, diversity, religion; and
RECOGNIZING:The group has a history of past success at this weeklong event; and
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED: That $4,677.59 from the NISG Contingency Fund be given
to UNIFI.
