WHEREAS: The International Student Association will host their annual Halloween Dance; and
WHEREAS: The funds will be used to fund a DJ for the event as well as a Northern Iowan ad;
and
WHEREAS: The funding on the DJ was deferred through the budgetary process, but they were
not able to get in contact with KULT, so they went with another DJ Service; and
WHEREAS: This event is a great opportunity for international students to interact with
domestic students and traditions; and
RECOGNIZING: The Organization and Finance Committee feels that this falls within the
contingency funding guidelines and should be funded; and
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED: That $359 be given to International Student Association.
