CIEP White Paper March 2013 Information for CIEP Agents, Partners and Institutions Intensive Business English Program The University of Northern Iowa Culture & Intensive English Program, in conjunction with the UNIBusiness Global Associates, is offering a unique opportunity for international students to spend 4 weeks in the United States, improving English skills and exploring business operations in the Midwest. The Intensive Business English Program (IBEP) will begin on July 7 and end on August 3, 2013. The cost for the program is $3,286.00. This fee includes all tuition, fees, room and board. Students will devote three hours a day to studying the English language and the rest of the time visiting regional businesses and international corporations such as John Deere and Pioneer. This electronic booklet contains information for all new students about how to prepare for travel, what to expect upon arrival, and health requirements at UNI. The CIEP Pre-Arrival Information also includes topics such as elective courses, billing information, and CIEP social and cultural activities. Students participate in Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing, and Grammar classes.
