PROGRAMME DETAILS
Vidya Pratishthan’s College of Engineering has student centered
institutional development as a motto and committed to pursue
academic excellence to develop a student with comprehensive
technical knowledge and Integrated personality. One of the founding
tenets of VPCOE is to promote the academic interest of students of the
rural background, in the context of the ever increasing competition within,
and globalization of the technical education. VPCOE has collaboration and
Academic Exchange Programs with Foreign Universities and Research
Laboratory for quality improvement in education. VPCOE is a remote
center of IIT Bombay, Mumbai and IIT Kharagpur under the National Mission
on Education through ICT (MHRD, Govt. of India). VPCOE is also recognized
as a center for the project Quality Enhancement in Engineering Education
by IIT Madras and Govt. of India. VPCOE has professional Memberships with
the professional bodies like Computer Society of India (CSI) , IET, ISTE and
IEEE.
Algorithm design and analysis is a fundamental and important part of
computer science. This course introduces researchers to advanced
techniques for the design and analysis of algorithms, and explores a variety
of applications. This seminar essentially help researchers/Teachers to
broaden their boundaries of Algorithmic skills. This seminar will enlighten
the path for latest happenings in the field of Algorithm Design.

Department of Computer Engineering was established in the year 2000 with
UG course and PG course started in the year 2010. Department is
committed to provide excellence in Engineering and to nurture the
students to get acquainted with the latest skills and practices keeping the
pace with the industry. Department is organizing various seminars,
workshops, and CEPS to develop and improve technical and intellectual
skills. Experienced and devoted Faculties, Well equipped Laboratories,
Research Culture and Disciplined Environment are major strengths of
Department. Our alumni are working at well known industries. Department
deputes faculties at renowned Institutions for various training programs.
Students and faculties of the Department are members of Technical Bodies
such as CSI, IEEE and ISTE. We conduct various activities under these
memberships. Students Association (CESA) provides student a platform to
enhance their skills and personality.
