NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the parties to the above-captioned lawsuit may file a
brief to show cause as to why the suit should not be dismissed. Failure to file a responsive brief
within ten (10) calendar days of the entry of this order will result in dismissal of the lawsuit in its
entirety.
