for Australia The Chief Justice and Justice Croft will present a joint
paper entitled “An International Commercial Court for
Australia: Looking Beyond the New York Convention”. Their
Honours will survey existing international commercial court
models in London, the UAE, and Singapore, and discuss
the possibility and benefits of establishing an Australian
International Commercial Court.
