Civil Procedure Act 2010 The last CPD Seminar for 2014 will explore the operation
of the Civil Procedure Act 2010 in modern civil litigation,
especially in light of recent cases including Yara Australia
Pty Ltd v Oswal [2013] VSCA 337. Ethical issues arising out
the of operation of the Act will also be addressed.
