1. Introduction
The data listed in this manual is needed for the Educational Equity On-Site Review
that is being conducted in your community college. Please fill in all the data and
return the completed manual to the Educational Equity Review Team Leader
assigned to your agency at t least 1 week prior to the visit
to make an accurate analysis of the agency's equity patterns and practices. It is
data we recommend that your agency review annually whether or not you are
scheduled for an Educational Equity Review. The data does not need to be
entered in this book IF the information is available in another format. It is the data
that is important and not the format. Thank you for your cooperation in providing
this information to the Review Team Leader prior to the visit.
For the purpose of completing this manual, the following designations apply:
M = Male
F = Female
Amer. Ind. = American Indian
Asian = Asian American
Hispanic = Hispanic American
Black = Black, Not Hispanic
White=White, Not Hispanic
Disability = Persons with Disabilities
E.L.L. = English Language Learners (Student whose primary language is one other than
English)
It is extremely important that this data is accurate, as it will be used to make
decisions related to your compliance with state and federal legislation.
