On average, respondents in the 2013 Data Center Users’ Group survey,
sponsored by Emerson Network Power, reported using 52% of their UPS
capacity, 55% of cooling capacity and 60% of rack space, suggesting most
organizations may be able to get more from their existing infrastructures.
