Verify Your Hometown Newspaper Notification
When you receive an award or an internship, UW-Stout will send a
notification to your hometown newspaper. To make sure that your
notification is in the correct newspaper, verify the correct
hometown city, state and zip code listed in your Personal Information.

Log in to Access Stout with your User ID and Password.
Log in
Select Self Service.
Select

In the category Campus Personal Information, select Addresses.

To add a new address, select Add a New Address. If you would like to
change an existing address, choose Edit.

Enter the information for your new or updated address and select OK.

Within Address Types choose the checkbox Newspaper and select
Save. You will then receive a confirmation.
