Integrated Disaster
Council (IDCBC)
• Working in cooperation with local authorities,
other provincial ministries, and non-government
organizations (NGO), to provide a coordinated
approach to the delivery of community recovery
efforts.
• Collectively, EMBC and the IDCBC provide
support to local authorities in their efforts to
help people recover after being affected by a
disaster or an emergency.
• 15 NGOs and provincial ministries form IDCBC.

TEAMS is a staffing system that maintains a
