ADMISSION PROCEDURE The schooling service of the Institute will send you an email to confirm the reception of your application form. Then your application will be presented under 7 days (opening days) to an educational commission. The applications received during holidays will be considered at the opening of the Institute. If you are admitted, you will receive an admission certificate and a notification for the evaluation test. Do not forget to confirm that you will take the test. If you are not admitted, you will receive a letter telling why your application has been refused. REGISTRATION FEES The 2016/2017 registration fees are 1 100 euros for one semester. You should add administrative fees and student health insurance (around 280 euros). The registration fees are payable in full at the time of the administrative registration: • in September for the semester 1, • in January for the semester 2. The payment could be done by cash, cheque in Euros or bank card. WARNING: you are registering for a university diploma that can not be exempted of registration fees. VISA If your application is accepted you will receive an admission certificate. With this document and if you are not a European citizen, you can obtain a visa called « Etudiant » (delivered by the French Embassy). This visa will allow you to obtain a residence permit once in France without going back to your home country after the test. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO TAKE THE EVALUATION TEST OR TO REGISTER AT THE UNIVERSITY WITH A TOURIST VISA. CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION Your definitive registration takes place only at your arrival when you will pay the fees, after the assessment test. Until the payment, you can cancel your application to the French Institute.
