Commitment: DIPLOMA OF HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT Course ID: J520/BSB50613 Course Requirements: The Diploma of Human Resources Management is ideal for individuals who have a solid theoretical knowledge base in human resources management and who would typically be responsible for the work of others. The qualification provides the necessary tools and skills required to ensure that human resources functions, such as workforce planning and employee relations, are effectively managed and conducted in an organisation or business area. Course Structure: In the online study option, students are able to consider their worklife balance needs and schedule their study time around peak work periods or personal commitments. Three units are offered towards this qualification per semester and each unit is undertaken for a duration of approximately six weeks. Each unit of study will require an average of 5-6 hours commitment per week for online learning and assessment. Duration: The Diploma of HRM requires 9 units and may be completed over two semesters, depending on prior studies, unit selection and unit offerings. Student who have not undertaken the Certificate IV in HR can expect to complete this course over three semesters, depending on unit offerings.
