Congratulations!
You have been admitted to the French Institute of the University of Orleans.
Here are the different steps to take until your definitive registration to the IDF.

Apply for a visa at the French Consulate
Confirm your attendance to the placement test to : scolarite.idf@univ-orleans.fr
To do at your arrival
Take the placement test on Monday 5 September 2016.
This test includes 4 parties: oral understanding and speaking, written understanding
and writing.
Make an appointment at the IDF secretary office to check and sign the definitive
registration form (from 12 Septembre 2016)
Compulsory document to present :
• original diploma of Baccalaureat or certificate of secondary school
• valid visa/ carte de séjour/récépissé de demande d’asile
• 2 ID pictures
Pay the registration fees and student health insurance for the 1st semester at the
IDF secretary office in order to obtain your student card.
Registration fees : 1 100,00€
Administrative fees : 78,10€*
(university library, medical center, associations…)
Student health insurance : 215,00€*
*2015/2016 tariffs which could change in 2016/2017
