82 – Standard Rates
The following stumpage rates are in effect February 16, 2015. The use of these rates is limited
to a maximum advertised value of $10,000. These rates are accessed automatically when
running a sale through the automated R1 Sale Appraisal process. If the advertised value
exceeds $10,000, a standard rate appraisal will not be produced and a Transaction Evidence
Appraisal (TEA) will need to be run. The standard rates are:
