51.2 - Construction Cost Adjustment (B/BT5.25)
1. All Specified Road and Bridge construction cost adjustments shall be forwarded using
Form GP-7720-1 as a cover sheet (Exhibit 1). When the preparer/reviewer is other than the
inspector/ER, the preprinted title shall be crossed out and the appropriate title entered by the
person(s) preparing/reviewing the cost adjustment.
2. All supporting documents, including the cost estimate worksheets, will be included in
the cost adjustment packet. Revised plans and contract pages will also be included in the
adjustment packet.
3. All construction cost adjustments made under provisions, other than those listed below
such as B/BT 8.32 contract modification and FSSS 106.04 (Forest Service Standard
Specifications for Roads and Bridges), shall be documented using Form GP-2450-39 (Exhibit 2).
