Gasoline, Oil and Grease Records. Gas and oil issue sheets (6400-11, 8/67) are to be collected on the 20th of each month and forwarded to HQ by the 28th of the current month. 19. Property of a Sensitive Nature. The following items shall be accounted for on the PMIS System. These items should be budget object coded "3141" on all procurement documents, and they will be picked up on the PMIS feeder system.
