Gasoline, Oil and Grease Records. Gas and oil issue sheets (6400-11, 8/67) are to be collected on the 28th of each month and forwarded to FH by the 29th of the current month. 19. Property of a Sensitive Nature. The following items shall be accounted for on the PMIS Systems. These items should be budget object coded "3141" on all procurement documents, and they will be picked up on the PMIS feeder system. Forest Property Management Officers may add other articles to meet local requirements. c. On the Gifford Pinchot National Forest, we will comply with the WO Supplement 6409.31-91-1, dated 1/28/91, sensitive property accountable in PMIS/PROP includes: Items regardless of cost: Firearms Radios Items whose original acquisition cost is between $500 and $4,999: Audio/visual equipment including VCR's, camcorders, projectors, and televisions, etc. Computers and accessories including modems, disk drives, monitors, and so forth. Do not code anything else to Sensitive without Property Management Officer's approval. Expendable Fire Tools and Equipment. Stamp the letters "FS" on the metal parts of all tools. Correct placement is as follows: (1) Shovels - inside right corner. (2) Polaskis - right side, middle of eye. (3) Saws - right side, close to handle, near the top. In stamping tools not listed above, the letters will be placed on the upper right side when tool is in its principal position of use. When any equipment is to be sold, transferred as excess property to other than Forest Service or otherwise disposed of except by demolishing, markings must be obliterated.
