Subpart 4G32.7—Contract Funding
4G32.702 Policy.
Receipt by a contracting officers of a completed and properly signed Request for Contract
Action, Form FS-6300-4 or Procurement Request, Form AD-700, and a screen print of the
commitment transaction (RQ) document for contracts exceeding $100,000, from a responsible
fiscal official authorized to approve such documents, is acceptable assurance that adequate funds
are available as required by 32.702.
