4G04.101 - Contract Execution
(a) USDA Procurement Advisory #118 requires solicitations with an estimated value
of $25 million or greater be reviewed by the Office of Procurement and Property
Management/Procurement Policy Division prior to being issued.
(b) The Chief of the Contracting Office reviews all acquisition documents and
related correspondence prior to submittal to the Washington Office, Acquisition
Management for approval by the Competition Advocate, the Head of the Contracting
Activity Designee, or the USDA.
4G04.6 - PROCEDURES
4G04.605 - Numbering
(a) Numbering.
(1) All acquisition transactions must be numbered as required in the USDA
Procurement Advisory No. 76.
4G04.606 - Contract Reporting
(a) Reporting - Report all acquisition transactions greater than the micro-purchase
threshold in the Federal Procurement Data System-Next Generation (FPDS-NG) as
required by USDA Procurement Advisory No. 72.
4G04.8 - GOVERNMENT CONTRACT FILES
4G04.801 - General
(a) The USDA Procurement Advisory No. 105 specifies automated procurement
systems that must be used for actions that exceed the micro-purchase threshold.
4G04.804 - Closeout of Contract Files
(a) Refer to the FAR 4.804 and the USDA Procurement Advisory No. 93 for
requirements.
