Enrollment Checklist Complete a Harford Application Complete an online application or submit a paper application to the Registration and Records Office. Obtain a Harford Photo ID (unless you already have one) Bring a government-issued photo ID to the Library –Circulation Desk Register for Classes Complete registration for classes online through your OwlNet account (username:__________________). Should you need assistance with selecting classes, you can use the Advising online chat feature in your OwlNet account or visit the Advising Office. Pay for Classes Payment deadlines: Summer—May 16th / Fall—June 22nd. If registering after deadline, payment is due within 5 days. Be sure that you have completed your FAFSA, signed up for the FACTS Payment plan through Harford, or be ready to self-pay with cash, check or credit card.
