POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Identify, gather, and interpret relevant account data such as account and submission clearing, statements of value (SOV), claim
registration, policy distribution, reports (such as flood, loss runs, risk control, and sprinkler), and motor vehicle reports (MVR's)
and analysis.
Provide office staff with account support, such as account clearing, pre-renewal packages, file maintenance and retention,
following up on lost or unsuccessful business, mail distribution, and printing.
Determine the need for, and subsequently prepare, automobile filings, auto ID cards, posting notices, DMV reporting, and
workers’ compensation state filings.
Prepare and document uninsured and underinsured motorist offers and applications.
Generate production, time service, and quality reports on a monthly basis.
Determine the necessity of countersignature and non-resident licensing requirements and process.
Participate in projects and assignments as needed to support administrative tasks.
Code and key non-automated transactions into a financial and statistical system (limited to basic Upbeat transactions and Sac
Cris).

College degree and/or some level of professional experience required.
One to seven years of experience.
Strong communication skills, with an ability to interact effectively with both internal and external customers.
Strong keyboard, input, and typing skills.
