The Board of Regents of Stephen F. Austin State University will convene a special meeting in
Room 307 in the Austin Building on Tuesday, November 18, 2014, at 12 noon, according to the
following agenda:
Prior to the open session at noon, the board members will attend the SFA vs. Northern Iowa
basketball game at W. R. Johnson Coliseum at 8:00 am. Following the basketball game, at
approximately 10:30 a.m. the board members will take a tour of the Miller Science Building and
the Math Building. A quorum is expected to attend but no action will be taken. Board members
will then return to the Austin Building, Room 307, for a lunch meeting at 12 noon.

Briefing on 2015 Legislative Agenda
EXECUTIVE SESSION
(Expected to convene at 1:00 p.m. or immediately following the open session.)
The board will move to executive session for consideration of the following item:
Consultation with Attorney Regarding Legal Advice or Pending and/or Contemplated Litigation
or Settlement Offers, including but not limited to Christian Cutler v. Baker Pattillo, et al (Texas
Government Code, Section 551.071)
The board will reconvene in open session for adjournment with no further action expected.

Where appropriate and permitted by law, executive sessions may be held for the above listed subjects (Section 551.071). Possible
