Any objections and/or comments, with full reasons therefore, must be submitted in writing,
quoting the above Act and Ordinance, the relevant reference number, the objector’s street and
postal address and contact telephone numbers to the Director: Planning & Building
Development Management, PO Box 4529, Cape Town, 8000, or hand delivered to the
abovementioned address, or fax 021 421-1963 or e-mailed to tinus.nyelele@capetown.gov.za
on or before the closing date. If your response is not sent to these addresses or fax number, and
if, as a consequence it arrives late, it will be deemed to be invalid. The closing date for objections
and comments is 12 December 2011.
