WHO CAN APPLY? Thanks for your interest in the Solar Hydrogen IGERT! The Solar Hydrogen Program invites applications for PhD students interested in a high profile, cutting edge sustainable energy program, focusing on photovoltaics, fuels cells, catalytic processes in fuel cells and fuel reforming, hydrogen storage and energy policy and economics. Applicants are encouraged for students wishing to pursue a PhD in the areas of: Engineering: Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering and, Materials Science and Engineering; Sciences: Chemistry and Biochemistry and, Physics Economics and Policy Please remember that only US citizens and permanent residents of the US wishing to apply in engineering and the sciences are eligible to apply. In particular, special consideration is given to enhance the involvement of under-represented students. HOW DO I APPLY? Students interested in the Sustainable Energy from Solar Hydrogen IGERT must complete the following two processes: 1. You must apply to the Office of Graduate Studies at the University of Delaware. Complete the attached IGERT Solar Hydrogen application (see http://www.udel.edu/igert/apply.html for additional or electronic copies) and return it the Solar Hydrogen Program at the University of Delaware.
