Summer and Fall Schedule (due 02/08 noon to Bobbie) written directly on schedule distributed with signatures of all program faculty on the back. The following must be attended to in making decisions: Anticipated enrollment Maximum enrollment changes Instructor (adjuncts must be identified) Course sequencing (time will not conflict with other program courses) Course sequencing (will not conflict with courses being offered during academic year) Faculty instructional load (tenure-track priority; avoiding over- and under-load) Indicate cross-listing If on-line with several sections, do not count as multiple courses, even with sufficient enrollment ID preferred classroom that reflects enrollment and need for technology Syllabi for all courses (including independent studies, theses, and dissertations) indicating each semester of instruction must be submitted without dates to avoid the need for requests; it is faculty responsibility to immediately submit syllabi when revisions/updates occur Updated resumes must be maintained and submitted at the end of each semester, including summer semesters. TracDat revisions based on Fall review and feedback required before February 27th. Power-point for LiveText will be scheduled in the near future for faculty clarification: doctoral student and adjunct attendance required. All majors are required to purchase LiveText!
