 REQUIRED attention to administrative tasks and faculty meeting attendance (i.e., monthly leave
reports; timely submission of updated vitae, university-based syllabi, office hours at the END of
each semester) (Updated Vitae and Spring Course Syllabi were due Monday!)
 Core Curriculum proposals
 Upcoming deadlines for 2013 Summer and Spring schedules (i.e., upper enrollment limits
consistent across all sections; clearly identified cross-listed courses; names of adjunct faculty—
all sections must have instructors; anticipated enrollment; etc.)
 Revision of the Department’s Tenure and Promotion Policy and review guidelines
