The winning filter supplier shall inspect and verify the size and style of filter required for each individual air handler for each building designated by SFA personnel before filters are shipped. Filter supplier shall package and ship/deliver filters to Central Receiving for SFA personnel to transport and install the filters in the appropriate location. The packaging shall have the building, floor, and air handler clearly printed on the outside of the packaging. Any package shipped without clear marking of location and building will be refused and sent back to the supplier. The supplier shall maintain a spreadsheet with the location and appropriate part numbers for each building, floor, and air handler, and recommend a schedule for replacement for each situation. Representative shall make recommendations to the Physical Plant Manager for corrections or actions needed to the filter delivery schedule. Supplier shall provide a report of energy cost savings on a biannual basis. Verification of fitment and proper filter media shall be performed by the supplier. EVALUATION Evaluation will be made on low total bid for the line items listed in Exhibit A. The quantities shown in Exhibit A are estimates for evaluation only.
