MINUTES – BUDGET GROUP 9:00 AM

1. InfoLit GA request – Lisa H.
Met with Lisa to discuss questions from the BG and
also from Lisa. The determination was made to not alter
the original decision of InfoLit sharing of GA time with
RRSS, but also a clarification is needed for a more clear
definition of the allocation of weekly hours to InfoLit,
which will follow a meeting with Scott and JoAnn.
2. RBML request – Valerie H.
Discussion of a personnel request from RBML. Valerie
will be working with Cindy when more details are
available.
3. FY13 Annual Report & Fee Request
The draft of these documents has been forwarded to
EC and the Senate Committee on the Library for review
and input.
