A. Executive Committee:
President (Brent) – Questions for meet and greet, bring info sheets to meetings, SEB logo,
canned food drive program area competition (Cans per employee) (Anna will be tracking it)
Marketing is working on a flyer- Recognize program area that wins at the Fall dinner
Treasurer (Matt) – Trip this weekend rescheduled to Golden Gate Canyon, next week
rescheduled to Evergreen, Climbing competition October 18th 4-5, Can drive starting soon,
Kayaking returns; Doba is still being processed, working on getting a hold of that, 600 pool of
money with variable scholarship rate based on need and dedication to process, updating forms
hopefully by Oct.15th 2 pay out dates cover academic year, “Professional Development grant”
Secretary (Sara) – 2 new Macs, Hired new staff;
B. Coordinators:
Coordinator of Networking (Bobby)- PT Prep Class, Wellness Workshop (Winter Wellness) at the
UC Oct. 22, revamping programing for spring; Talking to employees, trying to get everyone’s
birthday and major, sharing info about Professional Development, weekly birthday emails, Oct.
26th Corn Maze,
Coordinator of Professional Development (Natalee)- Water polo returns, everything is well,
Soccer and Basketball registration next week; Workshop round table with different professors,
not just resumes, needing responses from CRC, November 5th 5:30, Harrison Den
Coordinator of NIRSA (Jordan)- Hockey 2 -0, few soccer cancellations, busy October; Ran
meeting for 11 people, 4 people came, 3 interested in Regionals, 6 spots in Omaha
Coordinator of Community Service (Anna)- Pool was closed, Movie in pool next Friday
Halloween at the Rec including movie in the pool (World War Z); Canned food drive is this
month (Oct. 18th), lots of volunteer opportunities, all posted on the website, Gunter Socks
(Project Connect) Oct. 18th Project Connect at Island Grove, Crochet for Homeless,
Coordinator of Staff Recognition (Tanner)- New equipment, events in the building beginning Oct.
13th, crowds will get bigger on Sunday’s; Nominees for September EOM,
