I co-founded the company as a single-product start-up in 2000, after which I functioned as the CTO and helped secure two initial rounds of investment.
From 2002 on, in the role of developer and development lead, I was responsible for the technical architecture and on-time delivery of the product. Released 8 major product versions and minor patches in over 200 releases and grew the development team under time and budget constraints.

Developed custom end-user tools for mass-production and management of orders and data for individually labelled goods.

Civilian Service job.
To fulfill my mandatory Civilian Service for the Finnish government, I worked in the IT department of hospital of Laakso. The hospital had 1000+ employees at the time, and a LAN based on Thick Ethernet with WAN (phone) access to government networks with DOS/Windows 3.x clients and LAN Manager Servers.
The hospital had 200-300 workstations, 10-20 servers, plus medical specialty computers and equipment.
I was responsible for supporting day-to-day business of end-users as well as the overall functioning of the network and provided services. The tasks ranged from simple from printer paper jams and WordPerfect support to complex network configuration topics and physical cabling work, as well as creating automated workstation setup and configuration scripts.
